Job Description

Description The Accounting Clerk will provide essential support to the finance department by performing a variety of accounting and administrative tasks. This role ensures accurate financial record-keeping, timely processing of transactions, and compliance with company policies and procedures. The Accounting Clerk will cover: Data Entry & Record Maintenance: + Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting systems. + Maintain organized and up-to-date records of invoices, receipts, and payments. Accounts Payable & Receivable: + Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments. + Prepare and send customer invoices; follow up on outstanding balances. Bank & Account Reconciliation: + Assist in reconciling bank statements and company accounts. + Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly. Requirements + High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred. + 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
