Key Responsibilities

As an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist , you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care in a fast-paced, hospital-based environment. Your duties will include:

• Leading and optimizing clinical pharmacy programs related to critical care.

• Supporting and educating healthcare staff on appropriate drug use and safety.

• Monitoring medication therapies to ensure efficacy, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals on treatment planning.

• Participating in the development of policies, procedures, and protocols.

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

• Precepting pharmacy residents or students (as applicable).

Qualifications

We welcome pharmacists from a variety of backgrounds, and are open to experienced professionals and recent residency graduates. Ideal candidates will bring:

• Hospital experience (required) – either direct or via a completed hospital residency.

• BS or Pharm.D. from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy.

• Current Florida Pharmacist License or eligibility to obtain one.

• Board Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong critical thinking and sound clinical judgment.

• Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced hospital environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Range : $57.74 – $73.04 (based on experience)

• Shift Differentials :

  • Night Shift: +$7.50/hour

  • Weekend Shift: +$3.00/hour

• Sign-On Bonus : $20,000

• Relocation Assistance : Available
