Job Description

1. Bacholar degree or above. Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics, Applied Materials or relevant field.
2. At least 3 years independent development experience, working experience in technical driven start-up is welcome.
3. CET-4 or above. Read and written English.
4. Principles related to mechanics and physics, with mechatronics and statistics are even better.
5. Master at least one type of 3D CAD(Solidworks or ProE) . Data analysis by Excel or other tools.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of the team. Problem-solving and analytical spirit. Thinking proactively and goal driven. Able to search and dig information from public resources, and present options with key point summary. Communication and interpersonal skills with outsourcing. 1. Identify key technologies for new product development, including function block, key parameter, cost position and limitations.

1. Evaluate and provide different level of solutions to solve complex design challenges.
2. Convert concept ideas/directions into detailed mechanical design and touchable prototype sample
3. Quantify key product parameter by scientific and logic approach.
4. Validation approach definition, model building, data analysis and direction prediction.
5. Trouble shooting for complex customer complains.
6. Coach the team member to overcome challenges, and accumulate internal know-how.
7. Proactively search and communicate with external possible resources with logic thinking behind, to enlarge the potential of internal solution pool.
