Compensation: $45,000 and $65,000 per year.
Major Duties:
Greet all customers in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a courteous and professional manner.
Develop parts & accessory knowledge as it pertains to repairs, service, and accessorizing Motorcycles,, ATVs, Side by Side, Golf Carts, etc., for the ultimate customer experience.
Handle all customer interactions professionally and without prejudice while maintaining a positive attitude.
Learn, understand, and utilize the company's operating system and its programs to facilitate customer transactions, product research, and inventory maintenance practices.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:
