The Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction in all pool and recreation areas. This position ensures that all guests enjoy a clean, welcoming, and safe environment while utilizing resort pool facilities.
Education & Experience:
Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment preferred.
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards desirable.

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in all pool and recreation areas, including restrooms and towel stations.
Ensure all safety and sanitation standards are consistently met.
Monitor guest activity to promote a safe and enjoyable environment.
Fold and stock towels, arrange pool furniture, and perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
Assist in the supervision of water slides or other pool features as assigned.
Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to management.
Interact positively with guests, especially children, to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
Adhere to all resort policies and procedures.
Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
