We're hiring  full-time W-2 Behavior Technician  to support K–12 students in the school setting for the 2025–2026 school year . Whether you’ve worked in schools, pediatric care, or another hands-on support role, we’d love to connect with you. Position Details

• Caseload : Float between Schools (Must have ABA Experience)
• Schedule : Monday – Friday
• Hours : 30–40 hours/week
• Dates : ASAP – June 2026
• Location : Onsite in Columbia, SC schools

Responsibilities

• Assist students with daily living activities, mobility, feeding, and hygiene needs
• Support students in the classroom and during school activities
• Follow care plans and behavior support strategies as directed by staff or medical teams
• Document services and share observations with the support team
• Promote student safety, independence, and dignity
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and nurses to meet student needs

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or ability to obtain per contract/state requirements)
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in behavioral studies or related field preferred
• One to two (1–2) years of relevant experience preferred
• Comply with all applicable professional, ethical, federal, state, and local requirements
• Current CPR/First Aid certification, if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, if applicable
