We provide compassionate ABA therapy to help children with autism develop independence, communication, and confidence. We are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for a client in Creedmoor, NC (27522) .
This role works Monday–Friday from 9:00am–5:00pm. Team members working 30+ hours per week are considered full-time.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home
Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA
Collect and record session data
Support communication, social, and daily-living skill development
Assist with behavior-reduction strategies
Collaborate with the BCBA and caregivers
Participate in supervision and professional development
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification — required
Experience working with children with autism preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable transportation to Creedmoor, NC
Ability to be active during sessions (standing, kneeling, bending, lifting 25–50 lbs)
Ability to pass state and federal background checks
Pay range: $22–$27 per hour (based on experience & certification)
