Our client is a British Curriculum school located in Abu Dhabi. The school is part of a very well established group of schools that are looking to raise its standard. The has mainly an Arabic pool of students with about 30% expatriates. The teachers are mainly from the UK and some from Ireland where there is a strong focus on solid teaching and learning.

Requirement to Apply

• Degree in Psychology/Special Needs
• A teaching qualification would be beneficial
• An M.Ed in Special Needs or equivalent
• Ideally, 3+ years being a SENCO
• Experience of the GCC is preferred
• Western-trained
• A high command of written and spoken English
• Being able to speak Arabic is HIGHLY beneficial
• Excellent references
• A clean police record with no charges

The school is very well facilitated and has recently been refurbished to provide some excellent facilities to the students. The management is very experienced in working in the GCC and has made excellent progress to raise the standard of the school. They realise there is more work to be done hence the need for a strong SENCO to join the school.

• Up to 15,000 AED per month TAX FREE

Qualification:

Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification

Additional:

**Your bachelor's degree MUST be in Special Needs
**Having a Master's is beneficial to your application
**Experience of teaching in the Middle East is beneficial to your application
**If you have experience of working in an Islamic environment/students is beneficial for you
**Singles teachers or teaching couples with NO CHILDREN are preferred

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:

A salary up to 15000  AED (UAE Dirham)per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
