Hiring 1 Full-Time Nocturnist BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician on a W2 or 1099 basis. 

$10,000 Signing Bonus for Full-Time Nocturnist position with one year commitment

• Shifts: 6A to 6P, 6P to 6A
• Trauma Center: Level IV
• Annual Visits: 17,000
• ED Beds: 16
• Patients Per Hour: 2.0
• Admit Rate: 24% - Hospitalists handle admissions
• Transfer Rate: 3%
• Physician Coverage: 24 hours – single doc coverage
• APP Coverage: 12 hours
• POCUS: Sonosite
• EMR: Epic
• Dictation: Dragon
  
• Hospital Beds: 100
• Qualifications: ABEM or ABOEM BE/BC
  
• W2 Rate: $245/hr ($100/hr base & QSP &RVU) with 90 day income guarantee
  
• 1099 Rate: $260/hr ($120/hr base & QSP &RVU) with 90 day income guarantee
