As a Superintendent, you will play a hands-on leadership role on-site, working closely with clients, trades, and project managers to bring distinctive residential and hospitality projects to life. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing premium residential or club construction and thrives in a high-touch, detail-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of luxury residential and country club projects
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, schedules, and job site logistics
• Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and internal teams
