Working with incidents and service requests related to telephony service and call processing
systems.
Escalations of issues with telephony vendors.
Attend planning meetings and gather information on telephony related infinitives.
Advise on contracts related vendor telephony support.
Assist with planning and migration to new telephony and call processing systems.
