Any proficiently skillful individual will add value to an organization. Any successful enterprise will add value to the country. But, it\u2019s the social enterprises that transform the face of the nation and brings subtle changes which will actually develop the nation from its roots and that developments will positively disrupt the way how society works. It\u2019s this quality to notice and bring that subtle changes make an individual a social entrepreneur<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

This nation has seen many social entrepreneurs in its history but never was it like a wave coming at once. All of those were once in a decade but it\u2019s very much fortunate for the country that from last couple of centuries, there were many social entrepreneurs in different fields who brought that ever noticed subtle changes into the society transforming the nation towards sustainable development. But, it\u2019s unfortunate that all those successful social entrepreneurs and their enterprises took years to become stable and successful to bring it on the expected visions into the society. Especially, India being a hub for multiple stream development with varied set of societies, philosophies, sectors and cultures, all the investors, governments, academic institutes, parents would either show interest in established successfully running giant enterprises or quickly yielding start-ups which is actually a good way for the country\u2019s growth but it\u2019s the same process that made those successful social entrepreneurs take long time to leave the mark and \u00a0youth to\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 re-think about taking up social entrepreneurship as a career path for themselves.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If we point out to the definition of Social entrepreneurship, we get a point to where we find a statement \u201cFunding, Researching or Finding Solutions to problems in society not limited to any and implementing them\u201d. So, Social entrepreneurship should be considered as the highest form of doing business as it has all the problems faced by a normal enterprise or business but it also has all the complexities that they don\u2019t have. This complex structure brings down its charishma in the society to attract more youth of this country. Along with that, the amount of invisible illegal activities in the name of social entrepreneurship is bringing difficulties to the genuine entrepreneurs trying to find solutions to the problems of society. \u201cAs to what I feel is that, if all the thinkers, experienced and young entrepreneurs, social activists, Governments, administrative bureaucrats and few people from all walks of life come together for a open forum to discuss on every aspect related to society and business and create an ecosystem where every genuine and eligible plan of setting up a social enterprise becomes reality with all the technical, financial and personnel requirements are supported from all around. With all those plans turning into reality, we will be witnessing each problem the existing society is facing, getting solved and vanished. In this way, we will be able to see the magic of all those subtle changes coming live in the society we live and as a result, our nation would be achieving never ever seen rapid growth and development in the global arena.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

As a social entrepreneur myself, I wanted my organization to focus on highly critical and complicated problems the society is facing. When we started, it was nothing but just a bunch of papers and sheets with rough diagrams, action plans and nor even the team is big but as we progressed, seeing the amount of work we do, team strength got increased and now we are entering the actual field to find out solutions to the problems we selected and implement them so that the society we are living doesn\u2019t have to see them again. Basically, we have chosen Education, Health-Care, Women Empowerment and Safety and Orphan Kids Future protection as 4 major streams to work on. We wanted to solve the problems namely \u201cGrowing crime because of badly raised orphan kids, unemployment and illiteracy, increasing number of attacks on women, lack of quality health care to the under-privileged\u201d by creating an ideal ecosystem where all those problems get a solid answer with a highly customized plan we are creating and followed by an efficient execution of the same and by replicating the same process of creating such ecosystems around the country.<\/p>

I would say that, \u201cFor my team and especially for me, Social entrepreneurship is not a kind of doing business or running an enterprise but it\u2019s a way of living and creating a way to enable others to live in a different society altogether that is free from the huge number of problems faced by fellow people of mine\u201d.<\/p>
